The dementia self-check, Brain Tour and information provided on our dementia pages are intended for general information and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, are not diagnostic tools and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Dementia can only be diagnosed by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. A number of other conditions can cause symptoms similar to dementia, some of which may be treatable.

Our Services
nformation on this website provides a general description of the services offered by Home Angels and does not constitute an offer or create a care agreement.
Before services commence, we will discuss the person's care requirements and the appropriate level of support with the person arranging the care. Services are provided subject to availability and the terms agreed between Home Angels and the client or person responsible for arranging the care.
Where a professional nursing assessment is required, this can be arranged separately and may be subject to an additional charge.
Availability of Carers, places within our Senior Day Care Centre or Retirement Home, and particular services may change.
Fees and Quotations
The cost of care depends on the type of service, hours and level of support required. We therefore provide individual quotations based on each person's requirements.
Any price discussed verbally should be regarded as indicative until confirmed by us in writing. Written quotations will specify the services and charges applicable and will remain valid for the period stated in the quotation.
Complaints
We want families to feel comfortable raising any concerns with us. If something is not right, please let us know so that we have an opportunity to address it.
Concerns can initially be raised with the person coordinating the care or directly with Home Angels on 031 109 7190 or at admin@homeangels.co.za
We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and provide a full response within ten working days. Where additional time is required to investigate a matter properly, we will let you know.
